The Secondary crushing plant has been set up to allow maximum flexibility for production of different aggregate requirements.

The plant can be configured to allow production of:
- 60mm Rail Ballast
- 20,14,10 and 7mm Concrete and Sealing aggregates.

The plant will accept primary crushed material up to 200mm feed size

The plant equipment includes:
- 2 x Raptor 300 cone crushers
- 2 x Parker Rapide 20 x 6 inclined triple deck screen units
- 1 x Syntron RVF 1020, feed hopper fitted with vibrating Feeder
- 1 x Control Cabin 6m x 3m with control desk and MCC
- 1 x Trio CR 48-070 Electromagnet Overband with belt discharge and control panel
- 1 x Static Electromagnet with control panel
- 1 x 750 x 25M Radial conveyor
- 10 x Conveyor of various sizes
- 3 x 15m Stockpile Conveyors
- 1 x 18m Stockpile Conveyor
